The other 50% of the video is an Adam Myerson biography and introspective session. The creators of this video chronologically interviewed Adam after each big race and asked him how things were going. Unfortunately, Adam was going through a rough patch in his racing and is often frustrated. Adam talks about the possibility of making a big transition in his personal life - where bike racing isn't the highest priority. I've heard some people say that this makes parts of the video a downer, but I feel that Adam was just a victim of editing. They often contrast Adam's serious moments against interviews with other riders who seems to be able to both win and goof-off. Editing in Trebon's and Wick's favor. I'm sure they have their serious moments too - off camera. This hour plus video wraps up with great coverage from a muddy cyclocross nationals held in Portland, Oregon where Jonathan Page repeats. This is the best cross DVD you can buy. Good for cross racers, other bike racers that are curious about cross, and family members who still can't understand the sport despite your repeated explanations.
