New Product Introductions

With a glut of good handlebars out there right now you would think companies would shy away from launching yet another one into the market. Thankfully WTB knows they have a good thing and pushed forward anyway. Just like its original namesake the new
WTB Mountain Road Drop handlebar is as WTB puts it "Tough enough for the dirt, yet sleek enough for the road." The uses for this bar are endless. Road bike, cross bike, mountain bike, frankenbike, you name it, it can do it. The combination of the 5 degree drop, 3 degree flare and 600mm width make this thing a blast to ride on the trails. It is built WTB tough so have no fear it is up to the challenge of XC riding if you so desire. It is not a lightweight at 460g but you don't want Lance's road bar on your mountain bike when you are descending gnarly single track. The really cool thing is that WTB has updated the bar with an OS 31.8mm clamp diameter. Not only does this make the stem/bar interface stiffer it is easily adaptable between OS road and OS mountain stems. We expect these to be available sometime in May so keep checking in. These are going to be hot.
