My teammates sometime accuse me of being too analytical I don't see it! If you graph it out, it doesn't take an overly analytical genius to deduce that those lines were about to cross. Nice job Dave! In the end both racers finished with 10 laps (100 miles and 13,500 feet of climbing) and just 35 minutes separating them. By race end, temps were hitting the upper 80's to lower 90's on a course that, very un-Park City like, offers no shelter from the sun whatsoever. Endurance Racing 101 - For love of god DRINK!
In continuing with the ultra-endurance thing, both Troy and Dave are very much looking forward the 200+ mile Logan, UT to Jackson, WY road race (LOTOJA). The good news? The Campeon has two bottle cages, while the El Santo has but one. Check out http://www.lotojaclassic.com/LOTOJAmain_content.html
