Corriganville Showdown. Besides being an historic movie Ranch dating back to the 1940's, it happens to be close to home. Like five miles. The terrain is so familiar, sandstone outcrops, live and valley oaks, mulch, and the kind of dust that takes a week to leave your lungs. Plenty of straights, a few quick descents, a lot of tight corners around trees, an abandoned pond, and stream system made of concrete. It, reminiscent of skateboarding in drained pools. Plenty of race categories, I managed an age appropriate and then a single speed.
